Nothing is more important than ensuring your website and emails are functioning 24/7, if your web site isn't accessible due to an unscheduled outage we will credit your account with up to 300% of that month's hosting fees. If you wish to claim a credit you will need to submit a support ticket with the time of the outage and we will credit your account within 14 days if that outage is replicated by our server monitoring systems.

99.9% - 98% Uptime: 5% Credit
98% - 95% Uptime: 20% Credit
95% - 90% Uptime: 100% Credit
<90% Uptime: 300% Credit
Service Guarantee
If within 14 days of ordering you change your mind simply place a cancellation request explaining you would like a refund and we will refund you for any Shared Hosting, Reseller Hosting or VPS charges paid. We can't refund SSL Certificates, Service Addons, Domain Names, Service Overusage and Web Design Services.
Please Note: If payment was via Credit Card, fees charged by the bank will be deducted off the refund amount.

We take support seriously that's why we back this up with a $5 Account Credit Promise, if we don't respond to your Support Ticket within 4 business working hours you can request a $5 Account Credit. We aim to respond to all support tickets within 1 hour 24 hours a day, it may take longer to resolve your issue however we will keep you updated with a timeframe.
