By using a cloud environment our system is instantly able to add more system resources if required while provider real time backups in key data centres throughout New Zealand and shortly Australia. 24/7/365 Live Server Monitoring
All hosting servers are monitored in-house and by our 3rd party monitoring provider Pingdom. They allow us to ping all our IP Addresses at 1 minute intervals from multiple locations around the globe. In the event any IP Addresses don't respond all our technicians are paged within 15 seconds.
